To the best of my knowledge, this is a spontaneous plan
it needs special planning if not further research before implementing as this
will inevitably bring the following problems:-
1. PDRM
simply and strongly oppose to this introduction as it will definitely increase
crime rate to rise.
2.
Such, we must understand and
respect what PDRM has to say.
3.
No only PDRM but anti-crime
NGOs must also be included to give their view points on this issue namely
Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) needs to give their opinion on
this matter, which will directly or indirectly bring many unnecessary problems
to surface.
4.
This is nothing new – why do
we need to introduce it? – is there a need to introduce it?
5. The
Ministry of Transport must do a careful precise investigation and study with
the Rakyat, which has raised many objections
Well, I know that YB Tuan Anthony Loke is diligent in
carrying out his work, sometimes think salient factors may be overlooked.
