PRISON DEPARTMENT – DO NOT DENY PRIVILEGES TO NAJIB AS A DULY ELECTED MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT

I read with interest and utter disappointment that the Prison Department has rejected Najib’s bid to attend the Dewan Rakyat.  The Prison Department must remember that Najib has been duly elected by the Rakyat to be the MP of Pekan and therefore must fulfil his elected duties as the MP of Pekan. 

It is truly absurd and unacceptable for the Prison Department to deny this request on such a trivial issue highlighting that reason being is because of security grounds. Yes, Najib is a convict but do not deny him his elected duty as an elected MP by the Rakyat to attend the Dewan Rakyat. The Prison Department must rescind and right the wrong decision.

                                      DEAR YB TAN SRI MUHYIDDIN YASSIN,

I read with interest and curiosity an article published by FMT that quoted “NAJIB RECEIVES HUGE CROWD BECAUSE PEOPLE WANT TO SEE A CRIMINAL”, which was stated by you.  I think with our fundamental budi bahasa upbringing this is not pleasant to say and extremely unnecessary.  Damage has already been done and created.

After all, Najib is still appealing against his sentencing and in this aspect, we have to respect thus refrain from belittling others – RESPECT BEGETS RESPECT.  This is the best philosophy of life, please practice this and let the court decide on Najib’s fate

Sir, for whatever reason, if and only if, Najib gets away and at all odds, until proven at the last resort, HE WILL REMAIN A FREEMAN. Even Najib has a slim, a very slim chance to get away and should not be therefore be deemed as a criminal.  Give it a thought, Tan Sri Muhyiddin.

Sir, you are a gentleman and a good Muslim.  Again I say, please refrain from repeating this issue – negativity in mannerism.

I am writing this article from my inner feelings.  Everybody knows that the former PM YBhg. Dato Sri Najib Abdul Razak and his wife, Puan Sri Rosmah Mansor are currently under intensive and aggressive investigation by AG’s Dept, MACC, PDRM and etc. 

As this investigation is ongoing, it is only right and proper if any new evidence discovered or surfaces, should be kept confidential by the investigating authorities and not make known to the public via any news media portal.  It is definitely prejudicial and wrong to exceedingly inappropriately misuse the freedom of speech.  Please also remember the privacy of every individual has to be respected.  More so, when Najib and Rosmah have not been properly convicted yet.  Once the investigation is on, it is expected for all to allow for the authorities to complete their “DIVINE TASK’ without interference.

Henceforth, allow me to quote our YAB PM will also need to respect the rules and regulation being practiced.  Everyone is perceived to be innocent until proven guilty.  Fundamental rules of justice act be extended to all.  Please, therefore I appeal to all to respect the golden rule – everyone is innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.  By doing so, we are also directly and indirectly upholding the privacy of every individual.  Majority of us are law abiding citizen.

Caring and ensuring the governance of the natural justice law must be upheld to the fullest.  I am not an “Apple Polisher” neither you all should be too.  After all the right to be heard must always be given as until today we have not heard their explanation yet.  Leave Najib and Rosmah to be investigated by the authorities accordingly.  Last but not the least, I count on MACC, PDRM etc to conduct their investigation without fear or favour but must be firming in accordance to the law.

DATUK SERI JOHARI ABDUL GHANI - STOP RAINING SALVOS ON YOUR FORMER PRESIDENT DATO SERI NAJIB

THE RIGHT TO BE HEARD MUST BE GIVEN TO YB DATUK SERI NAJIB ABDUL RAZAK!!!

It hurts to read about Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani is disgracing former PM Najib Abdul Razak in the press. To the best of my knowledge, UMNO has inherited and practiced very good Muslim teaching since Day One, the formation of UMNO.  It is in fact a fundamental budaya of all fellow Malaysian, more so the Muslims as this is your treasured culture.

Please stop raining salvos on your former Party President.  Former PM Najib is currently going through a bad period.  Lots of allegations been slammed on him including court cases.  If Datuk Seri Johari have a minimum bit of your Muslim culture and teaching, I am sure Datuk Seri Johari should allow former PM Najib to prepare himself to address all these allegations against himself, more so in the open Court of law.  Surely but truly if Datuk Seri Johari do not wish to help former PM Najib, do not hit him further.  Former PM Najib must be given the right to be heard.  So far former PM Najib still claims to be innocent.  Let the courts decide the truth. 

Today former PM Najib is no longer the President of UMNO, however I think due respect to former PM Najib should always prevail by the UMNO members.  After all this is the fundamental “budaya” of all fellow Malaysians more so the Muslims as this is your culture and good Muslim teachings.  In the meanwhile, respect yourself, your family and the wonderful Muslim teachings. 

Never, never say your compatriot is “History”.  If Datuk Seri Johari has a chance to check your own conscience and be a gentleman please retract Datuk Seri’s statement that former PM Najib is “History”, if indeed Datuk Seri is a gentleman.  I am sure that former PM Najib will explain when the times comes in the Court of Law, the right to be heard must always be given or heard before any conclusion is formed.

RESPECT BEGETS RESPECT, Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani.  Nobody is absolutely clean, except GOD. Amin.  I pray for you.

Treat Najib with respect, dignity, DPM tells MACC

I SUPPORT THIS CALL – Treat Najib with respect , dignity , DPM tell MACC. After all he is still innocent until proven. I also pray for God’s strong support of his well being especially now that he has to weather a very difficult time & tough period. Please allow NAJIB to address his challenges and to defend himself. We need please to remain cool & calm. God Bless. Amen

KUALA LUMPUR, July 4 — Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail hopes the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) will treat Datuk Seri Najib Razak with respect and dignity.

In a statement today, Dr Wan Azizah said she prayed for justice for the former prime minister and his family.

“We respect the law, and we hope Najib is accorded respect and dignity by the MACC. Let us allow the legal process to run its course,” said Dr Wan Azizah who is currently attending the Asian Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction (ACMDRR) in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Najib was arrested at his residence on Jalan Langgak Duta here at 2.35pm yesterday by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) over its investigation into SRC International.

He was today charged in the Sessions Court here, with three counts of CBT, one count of abuse of power in connection with SRC International funds totalling RM42 million. —

Najib accuses Guan Eng of 'outright lies' over TRX project

Former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak had accused Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng of spreading "half-truths and outright lies" over the Tun Razak Exchange project (above).

This was after Lim said Putrajaya was forced to fork out RM2.8 billion to bail-out the project to ensure that it does not fail.

"While I am happy that the government has now decided to continue with the TRX project which will bring tens of thousands of new jobs and establish a world-class financial centre right here in Kuala Lumpur, I want to point out that Lim has been spreading half-truths and outright lies in his statement today about TRX City Sdn Bhd (TRXC), the owner of the 70 acres and 486 acres in the TRX and Bandar Malaysia land and projects respectively.

"Lim himself admits that even with a further 'up to' RM2.8 billion injection by Minter of Finance (MOF) Inc, the TRX project will be worth at least RM7.8 billion and show a profit.

"Surely it cannot be called a bail-out if the money is to be used to generate a profit?" he posed in a statement today.

Najib said MOF Inc's takeover of TRXC for a nominal sum of RM1 on March 31, 2017, from 1MDB was necessary for the latter's rationalisation plan.

He added that following the takeover of MOF Inc, it assumed the payment of certain 1MDB liabilities from April 1, 2017.
