The
signing of the Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) between the Federal and
Selangor Government on water issues signifies the necessary and meaningful
cooperation between the Federal and State Government for the benefit of all the
Rakyat in Selangor. This is indeed a
very effective solution to ease out the water woes in Selangor.
Congratulations
YAB PM Datuk Seri Najib Razak, YAB DPM Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, the Federal
and State Government to reach such an accord.
Recognition must be given also to YB Datuk Seri Dr.Maximus Ongkili,
Minister of Water and Green Technology and Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim, Menteri
Besar Selangor, for having taken real painstaking efforts to resolve this five
(5) year old battle between the Federal and State Government.

Who
says that the Federal and Selangor Government can’t work together – this signing
of the MOU proves otherwise. I am sure
the Selangorians will be very delighted and feel relief that they can avoid
water rationing, in the very future.
