The warning
that IGP have issued to all including VIPs, who spread unverified information
on terrorist threats in the country should be dealt strictly with the
law. This is deemed necessary to prevent any chaotic situation so created
as a result of the irresponsible rumor mongering. IGP and PDRM should be
congratulated for their affirm decision and action in this respect.
Salutation to IGP and PDRM.
The
headlines highlighted by all the Chinese media pertaining to the rumor
mongering which is a very serious and damaging issues in our country. We
must support the PDRM more so to IGP who has clearly highlighted that rumor
mongering is a serious offence. Your statement in the Chinese media
refers.
With due
respect to YB Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan, YB, you are a minister in the
Cabinet. Surely but truly when YB received any information pertaining to
the serious issue of this nature, the most correct and apt action for YB, is to
forward the relevant information to PDRM for them to investigate. PDRM is
the correct institution to handle the security and stability of the country.
By way of
YB’s issued statement, YB is equally or tanamounting to rumor mongering.
I am sure that is not your intention. Directly or indirectly, YB had
caused social unrest and unnecessary panic to the public. YB needs to do
the amendment and explain to the public accordingly.
Lastly, I
suggest strongly, please let PDRM professional people to address this
issue. The less YB talks the better it is. The public does not like
rumor mongering. I pray that YB will be respectful and careful before the
public tells YB to SHUT UP!!!
