JOHOR BARU, 28 DECEMBER, 2010: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) needs public assistance in tracking down a former Sime Darby Engineering Sdn Bhd executive to facilitate investigations into an ongoing bribery case.
MACC state director Simi Abdul Ghani said Mohd Zaki Othman, who was a former Sime Darby Engineering senior managing director in Pasir Gudang, had failed to cooperate with the commission.“He has promised to meet with us countless times since early this month but failed to do so.
“We urgently need his assistance pertaining to an ongoing bribery case which is due for a court hearing soon,” he said in a statement yesterday.According to Simi, Mohd Zaki, whose MyKad number is 621007-01-5785, was last known to reside at No. 4, Jalan Austin Perdana 2/11, Taman Austin Perdana, Johor Baru.
“We are requesting public assistance in tracking down this man,” he said.Anyone with information on Mohd Zaki can contact MACC senior enforcement assistant Aziz Haron at 019-799 5794 or 07-224 1982.
